Job Summary

We are recruiting for a Program Manager who will serve as the primary liaison between the Company and the Customer to ensure the efficient delivery of products and services. The Program Manager leads a cross-functional team—including sales, engineering, purchasing, and operations—to provide excellent customer service and achieve program objectives related to delivery, cost, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers throughout the program lifecycle

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet program milestones, delivery schedules, cost targets, and quality requirements

  • Develop, manage, and communicate program plans, timelines, and deliverables

  • Monitor program performance and proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement

  • Ensure customer requirements are clearly defined, communicated, and executed across all functional areas

  • Manage program budgets, forecasts, and change control processes

  • Facilitate regular internal and customer-facing meetings, including status reviews and performance updates

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and contractual obligations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and operations

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-facing skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and project management tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification

  • Experience managing customer programs in a regulated or high-volume manufacturing environment
