We are recruiting for a Program Manager who will serve as the primary liaison between the Company and the Customer to ensure the efficient delivery of products and services. The Program Manager leads a cross-functional team—including sales, engineering, purchasing, and operations—to provide excellent customer service and achieve program objectives related to delivery, cost, and quality.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers throughout the program lifecycle
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet program milestones, delivery schedules, cost targets, and quality requirements
Develop, manage, and communicate program plans, timelines, and deliverables
Monitor program performance and proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement
Ensure customer requirements are clearly defined, communicated, and executed across all functional areas
Manage program budgets, forecasts, and change control processes
Facilitate regular internal and customer-facing meetings, including status reviews and performance updates
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and contractual obligations
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of program or project management experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and operations
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-facing skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and project management tools
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
Experience managing customer programs in a regulated or high-volume manufacturing environment
