Lead, develop, and manage the Quality Engineering, Inspection, and Quality Technician teams
Ensure customer quality requirements are defined, planned, and executed across purchasing, inspection, and product launch processes
Serve as the primary quality point of contact for customers and manage all customer quality communications
Collaborate with Programs, Operations, and Engineering to identify quality issues, investigate root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions
Analyze quality data to identify trends that negatively impact product quality and drive sustainable improvements
Apply structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., root cause analysis, corrective action systems) to resolve quality and production issues
Oversee internal and external audits, including customer, regulatory, and third-party audits
Act as the AS9100 Management Representative, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System
Support supplier quality activities, including qualification, performance monitoring, and corrective actions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, process capability, and production efficiency
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of quality leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspection methods, and manufacturing processes
Demonstrated experience with AS9100 and aerospace or other regulated manufacturing standards
Proven ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including customer-facing interaction
ASQ certifications (CQE, CQM, or equivalent)
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
Experience managing customer audits and supplier quality programs
