Summary: The tile install tech will work both in the production facility in various capacities producing tile, as well as on client worksites doing install projects. This positions entails working part of a team, learning new things, and problem solving as each project is unique.

Requirements:

• Ability to follow directions – repeatable steps, follow work instructions.

• Proactive thinking skills, anticipate next steps

• Ability to progress and gain knowledge

• Communication skills, verbal and written

• Reliability is a must

• Strong mathematical skills

• Ability to lift 95 lbs. unassisted

• Must be able to travel out of town Monday – Wednesday nights at least a few weeks a month
